DV8 was amazing, I met friends for life and it also helped me further my career in the industry. My favourite memory from DV8 has got to be everyone I met there, and still talk to to this day.
I am currently working full time in the music industry doing a handful of roles, focusing on artist management and event organisation.
I also run a label and event company called ‘Too Ill’. we are currently hosting a mixture of Drum & Bass and Hyperpop nights in Bristol.
4. How did your chosen subject at Dv8 help you progress onto what you are doing now?
Not only did the teachers and peers give me the confidence in myself as an artist to progress, but there were also some amazing days out.
I thoroughly enjoyed our trips to Patterns and Komedia, looking round the venues and getting an insight of how things work past the classroom. This also allowed me to start building up my network of industry professionals.
