INTRODUCTION TO ART & DESIGN COURSE OVERVIEW
This introductory course will give you a starting point in acquiring artistic skills and will help you move into the world of Further Education/College through a supportive, small group environment.
You will develop skills and techniques in drawing, painting and mark making and will produce art based on the work of 2D artists. You will be able to start producing a portfolio of works for future use.
You will also get a chance to improve your Maths and English skills and aim for a qualification.
There will also be a focus on personal and social development, allowing you to build your skills and confidence in a wide range of areas.
