
This week is Children’s Mental Health Week, and to coincide with this, we wanted to announce our weekly Wellbeing Programme that is being rolled out in both our Brighton and Bexhill centres for our students.
It is incredibly important to look after our mental health, especially in times like these. There is no obligation to join, however all of these sessions will offer something beneficial.
Below is some further information on what is being held each day and timings for the sessions:
Monday – Learning Support & Wellbeing Drop-Ins.
Bexhill – 10.30am-12pm
Held on Google Hangouts, students can join at any time to speak about any issues that they may be having

Tuesday – Wellbeing Club
12.40-1.10pm
Each week, our staff will be sharing skills on mindfulness and wellbeing
Wednesday – Social Wellbeing Space

A time to reconnect with your friends and staff
Thursday – Wellbeing Club
Art-focused wellbeing skills, such as art and music therapy
Friday – Learning Support & Wellbeing Drop-Ins.
Bexhill – 2-3pm
